RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE
Each and every Amrich piece is individually made and once you place your order, it goes into processing and we do not accept cancellations on the order.
We only accept an exchange in case of a manufacturing defect or size issue. In such a case you need to inform us within 48 hours of receipt of the order. You may return the product within 7 days of receiving the product in the original packaging with the original tags and documents. Kindly fill the exchange form and email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving the goods to notify us of the issue. We will replace it with another style available to us in our inventory. We usually do not refund the amount but offer an exchange policy. We do not offer exchange on discounted items or customized items. Once we receive the good our sales team will take care of the issue and dispatch the correct product. All exchanges are based on the local jurisdiction.
DOMESTIC RETURNS AND EXCHANGES AND REFUND AND REPLACEMENTS
Please drop an email to email@example.com in case of an issue when you receive a product from us. This should be done within 48 hours and must list the reason for the exchange. After confirmation from our support team please dispatch the product to our office address. Please pack the product in the original packing along with the tags of the same. Kindly ensure to keep the tracking details of the parcel until received by us. We are not responsible for the item lost in transit.
We do not exchange products shipped internationally unless there is a major issue with quality or design. With international orders at the time of receiving an order we are very careful in sizing we offer you and your choice of the product since the return is extremely difficult. We encourage the customer to communicate with our sales team at firstname.lastname@example.org to double check size and design and any other query.
But in case of an unavoidable circumstance created where the product does not fit or you face any issue please mail us at email@example.com immediately after receiving the product, and we will take care of the issue over the mail. In case replacement is the only option then the customer must take care of shipping back. The shipping charges for the return to be paid by the customer. Amrich would take care of providing a suitable replacement as per customer’s choice from the goods available in our inventory along with shipping back to customer charges. Any kind of international refunds will not include taxes, tariffs, shipping charges, and duties.
